By booking a move with Hampton FL Movers, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Services Provided

We offer local, long-distance, commercial, residential moving, moving and storage, and same-day moving services. The scope of the services will be defined in the booking agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance with a valid payment method. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, and full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a fee. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the nature of the service and any cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

5. Liability

Hampton FL Movers is responsible for the safe transport of your belongings during the move. However, we are not liable for damages caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or force majeure events.

6. Insurance

Basic liability insurance is included in your moving service. Additional coverage options are available upon request for an extra charge. Please review our insurance policy for more details.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the size and scope of their move. We ask that all items are properly packed and ready for transportation by the scheduled moving time.

8. Prohibited Items

We are unable to transport hazardous materials, explosives, flammable substances, or illegal items. Please ensure that such items are not included in your move.

9. Delays

While we strive to keep moving schedules, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. We will inform customers of any significant delays as soon as possible and take appropriate measures to minimize inconvenience.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be handled through mediation, and, if necessary, arbitration. By using our services, you agree to resolve conflicts in this manner.
